Success by Contract!
By Contract: Just about every project has contractual aspects within it regardless of if it's hourly or by product. Often when projects get large enough there is enough email going back and forth which becomes a contract on its own. Confirmed exchanges of money for services and products agreed to by email are contractually binding.

When we do contractual design in the explicit sense though, it's often a more formal written description of the project which will detail exactly what you should expect both before, during and after the project is complete. This leaves little to chance and sets everyone's expectations in advance. In minimizing risk, our contracts often help clients simply feel more comfortable because they know what they're getting and when they will be getting it.
StormDesigns has a long history now of writing contracts that go beyond our competitors often simplistic approach of "Pay us money, we'll build you a site or something like that". They are a little technical but written in general layman's terms. If there are things you don't understand we are here to help explain and educate. It's all somewhat simple once we make sense out of it.

- When the client is thinking BIG and their projects require enough definition to protect anyone from getting burned during production.
- When the contract cost is substantial and it makes sense to have afirm commitments regarding the weacving of detailing to timeline to the bottom line.
- When the project includes a combination of hourly based and product based solutions.
- When client or internal teams need to assure that the project expectations are clearly outlined in advance.
